FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND TO SWITZERLAND For all orders within the European Union and to Switzerland, we offer free shipping.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days in the European Union. During busy periods, such as Christmas, please allow up to an additional week for safety. We recommend allowing extra time in the run-up to Christmas.

COURIER COMPANIES Our delivery partner is DPD.

TRACKING Please regularly check the status of your parcel using the tracking number provided until you receive your package. In case of delays or other issues, please contact us.

DAMAGES If you receive a damaged parcel, request the courier to note the damage on the receipt. Take photos that clearly show the extent of the damage to both the box and the goods. Keep the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is resolved.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS Please note that we do not ship parcels to islands and military zones.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES/TAXES All parcels are shipped from the European Union (Poland). Within the European Union, there are no taxes and customs fees applied. Countries outside the European Union are considered third countries and must pay VAT at the time of customs clearance. This tax is levied by the state on the import of goods. The buyer is responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on factors like the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Each country has its own rules for tax amounts and payment order. Every citizen should be aware and responsible for understanding their country’s tax regulations.

Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@busykiddo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Wola Bykowska 31, 97-306 Grabica, Poland.

But please consider that we do not have a return or exchange agreement with courier companies. In case if the customer wants to return the order, customer must pay all the shipping costs. Please, make sure that the returned goods are unused and in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
